Swalwell on CNN apparently claimed that Cohen was asked at his congressional testimony if Trump knew in advance of the tower meeting about it and said no.
Which means for Cohen to claim this now, he would have to admit to perjurying himself and take a deal on that- which would be useless for prosecution since he'd be a proven liar.
