The thing is the Poles won't send a request. They want to send their leopards and get the new ones financed by Germany for free. By sending a request, they agree to send their leopards at their own costs. They won't do that. Making Germany a booman is part of Poland's election campaign (any Poles here on this page?). The ball is on their court now.

P.S.: The US have got 1000 of M1 Abrahms in vicitniy. They don't want to lease but sell those :lol:

to be fair the statement "No one cares who historically a country belonged to." can be read in a lot of different ways. ultimately, the statement is not sound/safe however, and as seen, will lead to argument. TLDR above, there is no reason to argue and nitpick. ultimately, crimea is currently held by russia, ukraine wants it back, and 2023 will see whether that can happen or not ( i see crimea as one of russia's red lines ).
