The US is the strongest military in the world, we can agree on that right? Would you like examples of them targeting civilian infrastructure? Or would that not count for some reason?

Or would you like evidence of Ukraine using civilian infrastructure and vehicles to house and transport troops? Because that is also readily available from Ukrainian and western media sources.

Strong militaries use mercenaries to give them plausible deniability and to obfuscate military spending, where those mercenaries are recruited from doesn’t mean much IMO.
