Merrick "Moderate" Garland: "Lol idk"

I was concerned at first but after listening to the hearing it boiled down to a debate on whether or not it should be a criminal or civil offense. It would still be illegal regardless. This is outside his jurisdiction anyway I think because DHS is the one who enforces immigration law.

Hawley was just trying to score some points with some buzzwords. HE is the one who gets to write immigration law and Mayorkas (not Garland) would come up with the enforcement mechanisms.

All of the cabinet picks are psycho leftists so far.

Were gunna see some batshit executive policy crafted under Biden.

Trumps epa managed to cut carbon emissions even though it wasnt a goal. Bidens DoE is going to mandate cutting off penises due to transgender psychosis.

its criminal in nearly every other country (try to illegally immigrate to China, Iran, Singapore, many European nations etc.) but here the nominee for AG seems all for making it a civil fine. and then the world calls us anti-immigration/racist/whatever despite our significant diversity

In Switzerland, if your neighbors dont like you as an immigrant, they can vote for you to leave.

Democrats are fuckups and they all belong in jail.

I was curious about it and I found this: https://www.loc.gov/law/help/illegal-entry/chart.php

I wonder why Central & South America are mostly in the "no" category. Relic of Native American tribes not adhering to borders?

Neera Tanden is gone.

Hopefully Xavier Becerra is next.
