If you have 99.3% of the population that is white people will answer positively to the presence of black people. Presence they never experience or face.
When the numbers rise to 10 or 20% the story change.At this point the country policies to break communautarianism are essential.
Human is weak. Now regarding the refugees, all these women who get raped when passing through borders... Yep it's horrible; they face inner violence, and later, like it wasnt enough; racism.
Hopefully not everyone is racist in US.
