The fact of the matter is that negotiations were proposed before the conflict. It cannot be denied.

Your claim that Russia didn't want to (properly) negotiate was never proven because NATO was unwilling to start negotiations.

Nobody is denying negotiations were proposed. My opinion is Russia had no intention of negotiating, hence the absurd demands.
Believing the invasion of Ukraine was justified because NATO refused to accept Russia's absurd demands, is utter delusion.
