The damage has been dealt.

Curious to see who she endorses. Does she want remain somewhat establishment or go full socialist Comrade.

This. Her endorsement is hugely important.

If she endorses Biden, it's game over.
If she endorses no one, it's probably game over, but there might be a prolonged and bitter race in which Biden ekes out a narrow albeit safe win.
If she endorses Bernie, it's game on and things will get really spicy.

I'm not sure if option #2 or #3 would inflict the greater damage on the Democratic party and its eventual nominee.

nah. if Biden enters the convention with a plurality, there is no chance in hell for Bernie to clinch the nomination, and he knows it.
so in this case, Bernie dropping out would not be "giving up", it would be "conceding defeat".

no other move for the "whoever gets the most votes should win because the electoral college is unfair" candidate. he just figured those greedy centrists wouldnt bow out and he could win even in a brokered convention.

Milwaukee will still have protests tho even if he drops out calling it unfair. should be lit regardless.
