One aspect is that previous vehicles sent were Soviet era vehicles from eastern Europe; Western arms manufactures do not make ammunition for those vehicles.

there isn't a despot whose boots you don't lick, huh? this is not about "peace", lol. putin could easily have actual peace. lasting peace. all he has to do is leave ukraine. any military action will stop immediately. everyone in the west would be in favour of that. no one wants a piece of russia. it's all in his hands.

putin doesn't want peace though. he wants a temporary ceasefire for religious / political reasons and then continue the raping, murdering of children, bombing of civilians, annexation of foreign territory.

only a dishonest little hack would try to frame that as wanting "peace", lol.
