Shanghainese hates Cantonese hates Beijingnese etc etc .
A lot of Cantonese or Shanghainese won't say they are from China, rather they will say I am from Shanghai or I am from Canton.

And the Shanghainese have certain extreme dislike for people from Tier 3 or 4 cities.
The same reason why New Yorkers dislike some states or visitors from poorer countries..

What i meant is these conscripts, crowed in a school or whatever civilian building, where legitimate targets.
Seems Ukrainians were pretty much well informed.

The conscripts were using their phones to wish HNY to their family, maybe this is how they got spotted ?

Bombing a school with children or abduct them is terrible crime. Still, this is a very massive blow, and i guess the conscripts were very young poor fucks. Sad.

Mother Putin's Russia was able to find someone to blame for this gross mistake already ? Maybe the guy responsible for the structure of Russian army (the lack of sub-officers, because they don't want to go on the frontline ...) ?

It's no secret that Putin's Russia has long sought to torpedo a hostile American Empire. Putin knows that his Achilles heel is the petrodollar from which they derive incredible profits.
Washington can in fact get into debt with the rest of the world and enjoy a strong dollar despite its chronically negative trade balance. Not to mention the blackmail. It is enough to threaten the banks of a country with having their access to the dollar cut off to make them obey.
