Kotkin is great, he is the best representative of the western perspective on the situation I've seen so far and has a very deep knowledge of the facts.

I disagree with some of his opinions but I feel like he should be required reading/watching for people who want a good understanding of the conflict, along with John Mearsheimer, who Lex mentioned in the podcast.

Yeshhh he is so goooood ...

If you enjoyed him I'd recommend checking out Vladimir Pozner too if you haven't already, he has some really cool insights into Russian thinking on the west
