This is the kind of low effort propaganda we get on the web these days
its really quantity over quality, just make some trends and who cares if it gets exposed as fake or whatever
what does it actually show? Who knows. No context, no location. But you can tell the video was photoshopped to edit a "Z" onto the window of a car
then we just give it a headline with a conspicuous phrase like "Z swastika" in ye olde projection
post it to some heavily moderated safe space where bots can push it to the top of /r/all and ban anyone who points out its propaganda

Defending what? Everday Russians? Or himself?
Repression, autocracy, corruption and denial of political plurality.
A dictator could never allow a country so culturally similar to be free or democratic; unless Russia has subversive control over Ukraines president and its internal affairs.

Putin wanted Yanukovych to become another puppet like Lukashenko.
And yet Putin apologists will tell you the west organised a coup to remove him.
The truth is he was a corrupt nepotic puppet of the Kremlin.
