They've presented damning evidence this entire time if you've been paying attention (I know you haven't). You would be saying the same no matter what the order of release was.
They've haven't. They presented evidence of absolutely nothing that wasn't already publicly visible on January 6th. The dial hasn't budged a single notch since then, we haven't learned anything new. Trump supporters rioted and were let into the capitol, several died in a crowd crush due to the total failure of crowd control, and one of the unarmed rioters was shot and killed by police. Nobody made any attempt to overthrow the government, the most heavily armed nutwings in the country showed up unarmed and spent their time trespassing in the capitol taking selfies and spouting memes. Donald Trump dithered for a short period on whether he should risk alienating his own supporters before putting out several statements telling them to go home in peace. The president then left office as he's supposed to.
If the January 6th committee actually cared about the danger to human life we saw, they would have used their committee as a post mortem on the failures of the capitol police to properly manage a crowd and what could be done in the future to maintain order without resorting to shooting unarmed protesters. They would have vigorously investigated who left the pipebombs in front of both the RNC and DNC offices. But if all they cared about was making a political circus out of it and trying to use their moral high horse to harangue their political rivals, we'd get stunning and brave footage of Nancy Pelosi saying she'd punch out Trump as their final crowning piece of 'bombshell evidence'
