The new 'public safety department' should be rebranded with a new name and color scheme. They could fashion it after some famous fictional security force and sell the naming rights as advertising space for a revenue boost.

They could open the ad space to bids and see if studios would pay to cal the force Justice League, Incredibles, Fast and Furious or some other lesser known name of a fictional group that has a sympathetic portrayal in fictional media.
