Well today I....

Broke down and replaced the filters and cleaned everything in one of our cell culture hoods.
Plated cells for a drug dose experiment tomorrow.
Streaked some plates for a cloning project.
Checked on my mouse I did a xenograft on a few weeks ago. No tumors yet. Waiting on them to come up so we can get this experiment done. If it works the partnering pharma company will be taking it into clinical trials.
Now I'm checking on the plasmid sequencing I submitted on Monday to see if I can make some virus out of the plasmid I created. If this project works I'll save the lab about $40k a year not having to buy red staining for our cell lines.

So I've had a pretty good day.

Were looking for treatments for cancers so.... Yeah.

Even if we all had perfect diets and exercise cancer would still be a reality that needs treatment.

It's faaar from perfect though lmao

I'm surprised you didn't told me sclerosis was found before vaccines were found .. but yeah my point was, number of cases are exploding, just like cancers.
Some may say we diagnose thoses better than before just like for autism but that still doesnt explain the gap imo.
