Assuming nkorea backs out (which i doubt), this still makes trump more successful than past presidents that payed nkorea to lie about production

Im pretty amused to see american pardians even thinking that their own governement want "peace" for both Koreas.

"Peace" give no reason to maintain military positions (and associated missiles & anti-missiles systems) in the area, lowering U.S influence against China and even againt the whole East block.

This is perfectly understandable.


On the other hand the political position is to appear as a bringer of peace (for both sides)... Mascarade is real.

The only "peace" could be the re-opening and even extention of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaesong_Industrial_Region

No matter what happens with NK. The US will definitely keep soldiers and anti-missile setups over there, somewhere.
The US is the ONLY reason China hasn't taken over all the countries surrounding the South China Sea.

lack of a failure isn't what i'd consider a success. sure he hasn't paid them a ransom, but it seems the only payment we're getting is released prisoners. which happened under Obama, who game them nothing.

why would you doubt it? it's happened maybe 5 times, this is 100% NK's playbook. if they didn't back out that would be the surprise.

i linked a list of basic info, not some editorialized long winded blurb. it's a table of when people were detained and released.

where is the opportunity for bias? are you suggesting the dates are not correct? which ones? source?
