In interview Merkel confirms that Minsk was a fake deal aimed at arming Ukraine by Nato and tricking Russians. (LOL at "unprovoked invasion" crowd)

Not really sure how to interpret this, is she gaslighting and pandering to the current status quo to "strengthen" German position? Or was that actually the German position and NS1/2 were diversions?

I've seen plenty of evidence of very old, mostly empty missiles being used, but they are only used to divert/decoys for AD - which is all things considered valid tactic

There has also been smart-devices decoys being used, pieces that shoot out of the missiles to divert AD

That's normal and not a sign Russia runs out of missiles (which was the subject)

I was just pointing out decoy-missiles have been used extensively, because you talked about empty missiles. And your correct, it has nothing to do with overall missile depletion of Russian forces.
