1 - why would mobilized forces "search" for spies? You realize there are intelligence/FSB for that stuff?
2 - Defending positions and attacking go hand in hand. Also you think none of the mobilized are artillery forces who will shell Ukrainians as well?
3 - Russians have fought in winter conditions for a LONG time, why wouldn't they be able to fight in cold conditions? If anything the cold hardens the fields, which makes tank-movement easy. Smog has extensively been used to move on positions during winters etc

4 - Why is literally everything you say incorrect?

Don't forget about my Ukrainian roots, well not quite Ukrainian, but the relatives think that they truly are, speak Ukrainian (thanks to USSR), despite the fact they are ethnically Hungarians.
