Yeah, actively promoting almost exclusively conspiracy videos is the same as "refuses to censor".
Yep, you got me. Darn, you're so smart, with your unwillingness to look at the platform you're defending.
I guess I was just hallucinating when I looked at their front page and saw hundreds of conspiracy videos and a single bob ross video. Guess I was also just hallucinating when I saw tens of thousands of views on conspiracy videos and less than 100 views on every other video.
Just a coincidence it seems. Yep, all coincidence.
"Promoting"? You'll have to define that. If what is "popular" and "trending" on a platform where even the "viral" videos have under a thousand views happens to include videos you consider "conspiracy" then that's what it is.
You just don't seem to get it, do you. Even your "Hundreds of Conspiracy Videos" bit is nonsense. The point about bitchute is that they don't actively curate their trending/popular lists. 10,000 videos could be uploaded right this minute. If only 1 of those videos gets a view, it'll go into trending. It's not bitchute that's promoting. It's what viewers choose to watch that promotes.
Thus, your very insistence that bitchute is unworthy of use because it's nothing but conspiracy videos helps to depress it's use by those interested in other content. AKA by saying, "I won't go to a bitchute cat video" you're preventing it from becoming trending. On the flipside, if people on 4chan are sharing about bitchute conspiracy videos, they'll trend.
It's not the fact that bitchute caters to anyone at all. It's that bitchute does NOT cater to anyone, and simply doesn't curate it's lists, and they've been presented to the majority as "harmful" therefore it's people like TiStuff that end up determining what's trending/popular.
