Trump said he was against the Iran deal before he was ever elected. Pretty much for the same reason he is against NK's nukes.

So, like the 90s, Kim gets enough free material for his propaganda meetings out of talk with the US/China to close the doors.

I wholeheartedly hope the summit still takes place, and that things change. but this has happened too many times for me to be optimistic. Kim looks like the grand leader to his people, making the big dogs come to him and then sending them packing.
