I respect your right to an opinion. I'm struggling to see how it is practical or even based in reality. "I will just stay home" Ukrainian's homes have been shelled, destroyed, have no water or power.
Many have been forced out of their homes, they have said they want to fight. There is support for resisting Russian occupation.
Your point also seems to be a blending of two issues; inequality, hopelessness, dissatisfaction with society AND the Ukraine/Russia conflict.
