I'm not entirely sure they will rebuild Ukraine. All of the governments supporting Ukraine financially are subject to governing systems that are quite capable of doing a full 180° flip on foreign policies and commitments with a single election, something that will happen at least 3-4x before a 15+ year plan could be implemented. It is entirely possible, if unlikely, that the West will stop supplying Ukraine before the war is over, nevermind rebuilding.
The sad thing about this is USA decisions, lets be honest, they triggered this war and they have been preparing for this for ages.
Let me make a fair statement, if the US Considered the Chinese as a threat , they should have just improved their relationship with the Russians which Trump actually did.
I will always make this statement. IF Trump was still the President this war highly likely might not have happened.
There will be certain deals make with Russia to deal with the Chinese as well. Long story short, they pushed both China and Russia closer together to take them on at the same time which is a strategical mistake, waging both economical and military war with both countries.
While at the same time weakening the EU who are their staunch allies.
This will not go well.
