Don't know anything about the guy, really, but whether the guy's on bitchute or anywhere else doesn't matter at all, does it?

Didn't even watch the video, don't even particularly care what it says. Merely pointing out that attacking something based on the platform it appears on is the exact same thing people do for articles from every media source, from youtube, from twitter and facebook, and literally everywhere else.

If you want to know more about the source, go to that link. There's a ton of videos, articles, and a couple free books. All the sourcing information you could ever want will be available to you, and you can make up your own mind. However, the idea that, "It's not reputable because it's on bitchute" makes exactly the same amount of sense as "It's not reputable because it's on CNN." Platform's just a platform. Attack the content, not the platform it's hosted on.

It's a statement about his posting style and how he knows he's not linking to "irrefutable proof" because when he has a claim he thinks is iron-clad he links the primary sources as best he can. Now, usually even that turns out to be crap, but when he thinks he's got a case he doesn't post secondary or tertiary sources.

Once again, the video is the video, regardless of which platform it's posted on. That something appears on bitchute does not make it any more or less credible than having it posted on youtube or dlive or whatever other video hosting platform exists. Likewise, if you've never heard of Vernon Coleman, you'd be highly unlikely to trust a link to a video on his own website, or even visit his own website.

Video hosting platforms (be they bitchute, youtube, dlive, or whichever other you prefer) are a way to drive up an audience and get out your message, as well as promote your personal site to a wider audience that may not find it via the usual search engines. Everyone's heard of these sites, where not everyone has heard of yours. The same video the above user posted to on Bitchute was also posted to youtube, among other sites.

Bitchute is not synonymous with "conspiracy theory". It's just a video hosting platform. If you don't like it, or prefer other platforms, that's fine. But dismissing videos based solely on being mirrored on that platform is both lazy and willfully ignorant.
