If it was 'Russia' you think they wouldn't reveal the details and get the whole world by now to admonish the Russians?
I mean, with common sense , any countries who went through the investigation would have scream murder and increase sanctions on Russia if it was done by them.

So why were they not willing to reveal who did it.

Even with traces of explosives. How would it then be possible to determine what country used those explosives?

Even if they trace explosives back to the a particular country. It would be easy for them to plant a false flag.
