Anyway you cant be serious that you believe Russia is protecting itself by attacking its Independent neighbour. Neighbour it promised to protect in exchange for giving out nukes. You could excuse every offesnvie war with that.
Russia has some limited success terrorizing Ukraine civilians, by attacking their power, water, heating, medical infrastructure.
Its very war crime. They cant win in the Battlefield, so they terrorize instead. Very very bad.

Absolutely agree with those who point out the imperial nature of the United States. Definite hypocrisy and a set narrative from democratic countries.
It is also important not to forget, that in the democratic countries, you can criticize and protest. In Russia Putin has murdered and silenced any opposition, there is no freedom of the press or protest.

It's up to each person to judge what system they believe is "right" or best functioning for them. It's clearer than ever that a polarisation is occurring between democratic and authoritarian systems.
I find it fascinating that there are at least 2 distinct and opposing narratives. That of "Western" democratic countries and of authoritarian countries. China's own narrative is perhaps distinct from that of Russia's, although they are both authoritarian.
Not forgetting North Koreans narrative, which is completely insane.

I have tended to think that the majority of people, globally. Have a similar view of the world and global issues. But it is actually much more fractured and very profound to comprehend.

yeah we got 2 type, first like to tell what the 2nd must do or not do. And the 2nd never tell to the 1rst what they must do or not. seems the 1rst doesnt know the respect of others. who is authoritarian with the others now?
