prolly.
last year i visited my grandpa and guy turned his groundfloor basement into an apartment. bought all the materials himself, did plumbing, electricity, tiling, fixed and colored all the walls.
i asked him why would he bother doing all that? he says "one day when im old i wont be able to climb the stairs anymore to get to house after doing all the gardening, so i'll spend more time on ground floor apartment"

that's what lack of fast food does to u i guess

A natural body does not benefit from artificial things alone.

Shut up

The average lifespan at the time was around 35 years. Over the last 200 years, U.S. life expectancy has more than doubled to almost 80 years (78.8 in 2015), with vast improvements in health and quality of life.Sep 25, 2020

when was it 35?

you do realize that doesn't mean people were dying in the age of 35 do you?
if you do, your education system failed you badly

due to rough living, lots of children died in past before age of 4. don't quote me on it, but roughly 2 outta 3 kids died before age of 4.
however, after that, people lived normal life span as today. but due to kids dying that early, "average" lifespan was dropping mathematically even with majority of population dying in the age of 70+

it's sad but some people legit think that in past 35-40 was peak of human's age lmao

I could do this for SO many past populations.

People in ancient Egypt did not grow very old. Very high infant death rates due to high risks of infections resulted in an average age at death of 19 years. However those who survived childhood had a life expectancy of 30 years for women* and 34 years for men.Mar 2, 2015
Most of human history has been blighted by poor survival rates among children, and that continues in various countries today. This averaging-out, however, is why it's commonly said that ancient Greeks and Romans, for example, lived to just 30 or 35.Oct 3, 2018

around 30 to 35 years
Those living in the days of Jesus (as mentioned in the New Testament) had an average lifespan that was similar to human lifespans predating the advent of modern medicine and technology. As such, the average life expectancy was around 30 to 35 years, similar to the lifespan of those in Classical Rome.

What was the average life expectancy in 1350?
The average life expectancy for a male child born in the UK between 1276 and 1300 was 31.3 years. In 1998, it is 76. However, by the time the 13th-Century boy had reached 20 he could hope to live to 45, and if he made it to 30 he had a good chance of making it into his fifties.Dec 27, 1998
