Yes, Russia would collapse if it would send all soldiers abroad, as Russia is an empire built from many nations, many of them are unwilling to be Russians.
Also there is much bigger Ukrainian motivation to defend your country and your family, than Russia people attacking motivation.
So while on paper Russia is stronger, Ukrainians even with their motivation.
