Half right. Russia did learn a LOT from the US since the collapse of the USSR. Doesn't mean I give them a free pass. However, I don't blame a victim for retaliating. I'd rather Russia didn't attack but I recognize they had no choice. That every other nation on Earth who was in the same position would have done the same thing. If NATO wasn't being so full of hypocrisy and Russia had invaded after an election instead of a coup, then that would be all on Russia and I'd stand against them. Isn't what happened though.
