In October 2014, the Constitutional Court started reviewing the constitutionality of the 2012 law and declared it unconstitutional on 28 February 2018.

Because bakhmut-siversk line depends on bakhmut.

If that line falls, then they will be at kramatorsk-slavyansk line. And if that falls, donbass is gone.
