update, now i feel like this:

also i heard a group of kids like age 16 walking out of walmart last week, and one was explaining "slug bugs" and "cruiser bruisers" to the group. none had heard of them. god i felt old.

I started lifting for the first time since 2019 and it feels way worse than the covid vaccine did. Need to get my fat ass in shape, pool is being opened this month and I don't want to make my neighbors puke when they see me shirtless lol.

It's ok if you feel to need to get a shot every year, I respect that but it should be up to anyone to make it's decision. They openly say this shot only reduce severe symptoms thus should reduce mortality.

If people feel the need to get an experimental vaccine for a very virus that have a 99.7% overall survival rate is up to you. People get offended when you start talking percentage but it's actually a very good scientific fact. Personally I will bet on something that I can control the outcomes : my health, my weight, my diet and my immune system.

We are absolutely being tricked/lied since several months all over the world, if you don't see it I don't know what to say. It is for these reasons I question and tend to make fast interpretation when I see headlines like that

I remember my grandma's sister doing it too back in the past, and every year getting the flu like it doesn't care about your vaccine anyways

Vaccine flu is based on the last years virus. Thats easy to understand, you cant make a vaccine based on the future mutations because you can't predict how it will mutate.
Flu virus mutates every year. Therefore there is a chance to still get it, as my grandma's sister did.
Those are like the most useless vaccines ever made but I understand you fatties are scared to get the flu..

Further more, if you are dumb enough to get a vaccine against such a low mortality rate disease, instead of doing exercise and eat healthy, oh well, I should stop talking about these subjects with stupid americans anyways.
