He's on video the day before the riot, directing people to the capitol and telling them to storm it, telling them to go into the capitol, loudly shouting to the crowd to riot and enter the capitol, very clearly leading the mob. He's just marching around telling people to go into the capitol nonstop, drove across the country to be there but didn't attend Trump's speech, only went into the mobs. On video you can actually see people booing and saying 'what?' 'noooo' when he tells them to go into the capitol and start chanting 'fed' and calling him out as a glowie- on the day of the riot. He's on video at the barricades instigating the violence as the crowd pushed into the officers at the moment the riot started, he's seen pushing the large Trump flag over the barricades and initiating the immediate conflict. And conspicuously he faces no charges and no investigation, wasn't arrested. When Ted Cruz directly asked the FBI during a senate hearing whether he was a federal agent, the FBI refused to answer. Over and over again, they refuse to comment on him. They refused FOIA requests on why he was removed from the wanted list. He's probably the single person for which the most evidence of insurrection and conspiracy exists, but doesn't get charged.
The same people who wrote the NYT puff piece today on Ray Epps calling it 'conspiracy theories' about him, are the same ones who previously penned a documentary for the NYT citing Ray Epps as their evidence of a conspiracy to storm the capitol based on the videos of him directing people to the capitol. And naturally, the NYT and NY FBI offices are basically joined at the hip at this point (look at the project veritas raid and many other stories), so the fact that the NYT is running cover for the FBI just makes it all the more damning. So either the NYT and FBI are engaging in the most clumsy and transparent coverup and trying to tell people not to believe their lying eyes, or the Epps guy is just magically immune to the reach of the January 6th investigators who have brought conspiracy and sedition charges against people who weren't even present and didn't even direct the riot at all, even though this guy is on video repeatedly instigating the violence and calling for a riot.
