Sure, I'm not worried about Buttigieg for now, and still think he's an underdog to win the nomination. I just wanted to stress that from the point of view of a Trump supporter, the prospect of a Buttigieg presidency is still pretty terrible, and in fact not much better than the prospect of a Bernie presidency. My point was that people should not get fooled by his "moderate" label, which he only earns relative to the current field.

Nevada is very working-class, it's a much better state for Bernie than Warren anyway.

Pete is probably my first pick of the remaining "big 4." I like him and Yang the most, but Pete actually has a shot, whereas Yang does not.

I think Pete would have a better shot against Trump than most think. It wouldn't be quite the JFK effect, but put a young, smart, well-spoken guy next to Trump, who is old, curmudgeon, and sloppy, and the contrast could be stark.

RNC debates are cheering for borders walls and executions lol. If you weren't new to politics you would just sit back and enjoy the primaries for the freak shows they are.

The Democrats are always such raging pussies and the Republican are such wanna be alphas it's always a treat. It is a terrible process for nominating a candidate because this you can win a primary you almost are certainly too right or left to really represent most Americans.

Only one person ever left his political party to become president and that was Jimmy Carter. He became president and quit advocating for the Democratic Party and became an advocate for the American people. Everybody makes fun of him now. Everybody makes fun of him so much that they forget Ronald Reagan is the guy who massively expanded government and started grabbing our guns not a liberal.
