Turkey will only allow insured ships to pass the Bosporus. That will be a real blow to Russian oil exports. Because of the embargo Russian ships can not get insurance.
Same for Russian loads.

A big blow to Russia's revenue, sure, but this will cause further shortages on the global oil markets and send prices soaring again. We're basically inflicting further economic damage on ourselves so that we can inflict damage on Russia, with OPEC being the main beneficiary.

I'm surprised Russians haven't blown up the Norwegian gas line to Europe. Easily done, with massive economical benefits. Also considering Europeans blew up ns1/2 it would be seen as retaliation rather than escalation.
