So far? Mostly just law abiding citizens in Democrat-led cities. Of course they can't just do a house to house. Just won't work. But preventing the law-abiding populace from legal purchase? Yeah buddy!

Who is prevented from buying a gun? This is America...almost anyone can get a gun.

Inner cities with harsh gun control.

Imo the inner cities should just buy a bunch of crossbows and clean house.

Gun laws are done by the state though. It doesn't matter if you buy a gun in Los Angeles or Death Valley. Now, you could argue that there aren't a lot of DEALERS in the cities and that's probably true. However, if you drive to the suburbs, you can easily find a gun shop.

Locales have the ability to enforce stricter gun laws than the state unless the State Constitution forbids it. Chicago's complete lack of gun shops is a perfect example of this.
