He didn't "get his son a job" for a Russian company. Was he brought on due to his family name? Almost certainly. It's very common for companies to bring on big names to lend credibility. Burisma, a Ukrainian company, certainly needed that credibility. However, that alone doesn't mean that the VP got him on the board. Now, is it chicken shit that a man with hardly any qualifications got paid that much money? Yup. I don't think that's disputed. But are we to believe that Trump is some crusader for anti-corruption/anti-nepotism when he has his own children in the White House? Are we to believe that he wants to fight corruption in Ukraine when he didn't even want an investigation, he just wanted an announcement of one? Trump ain't fooling me on this one.

Nepotism isn't new. Abusing power for personal gain has always been a punishable offense when sloppily done also.

Is nepotism fair? No. But nobody is giving out 40 acres and a mule to the descendants of slaves either.

Trump is only in trouble for being careless and sloppy, and not respecting the game.
