I had the news already, but in the spirit of kindness, here's some.

I must commend you on posting an image rather then a link to RT (they dont like links apparently). if the image to that article is not removed (fingers crossed) then it is likely to be a good case study of propaganda in action. As mentioned previously there was talk of Iranian drones being sold to Russia, this was construed in some quarters as propaganda and completely untrue, yet time and events proved it to be true. (I accept there are some new ppl to the thread that might not have joined the discussion at that earlier point).

So in summary, RT is currently saying that the Ukraine advance is stalling and that attempts to take Kherson have failed. My view is, its a work in progress and the article is more wishful thinking rather then plausible.
