I dont even know what comment you are referring to but the only people that might freeze to death are Ukrainians, I dont think I've ever said the rest of Europe would, but they will for sure face energy issues because they already are facing them, look at literally any news about it from any European country.

You are being wilfully ignorant if you think energy/fuel problems aren't going to be a major deciding factor of this war.

Add some IT guys with questionable backgrounds and Putin with a nuclear button and that's all it is.

No, you should realize that the West has been expanding East since 1991, that cannot be denied.

I personally think that is actually overstated.

The main reason the destruction of Libya happened was because of France. Khaddafi was creating a "united african union", which would be a counter-power to areas that have historically been under French (sphere of power).

A large portion of African security was financed by libya by the way. So after libyas destruction these countries have been ravaged by islamists which in turn has made them fairly unstable.

Agree with alot of that. The only upside I can see for the authoritarian powers Russia, China and their peripheral allies, such as North Korea or Belarus.
Is that with authority comes a conviction in direction. Whether that direction Is to benefit of the majority of people. Or as in the case with Ukraine to the benefit of the Russian regime.

Western democracies are slower and more prudent in action
Particularly China would have a highly motivated wartime industry.
