China going to war won't fly with India. The two countries already butt heads due to china invading and land grabs of the past for example.

Edit-
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China–India_relations

Population
China 2022 estimate - 1,410,539,758
India 2022 estimate - 1,375,586,000

India is the only other country that can match china man to man.

Edit2- The second problem... Little Emperor Syndrome, 1 child policy in china. Once the only child of families comes back in a body bag, Chinese families won't be supportive of a china war.

They are changing the one child policy, they knew it was a problem in the early 1980s
I remember my Ex Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew from Singapore having a chat with Deng Xiaoping in regards to this because Singapore was facing a similar problem.
There was a couple of solution but one particular solution Lee Kuan Yew Suggested to the Singapore parliament was being shelved because it would ruffle feathers in the Christian community in Singapore.

In regards to India, they can match man to man, but it is going to take time and it might not happen in the next 20 or 30 years but India does have say in International matters.

Part of the reason why is because of their

1. Caste system
2. The Hindu / Muslim problem they are facing.
3. Language, although they can speak English, India have around 240 or 250 different languages and not a common tongue to connect all which English was supposed to be the medium
4. Like China they are not united, their unity amongst themselves are 10 times worst than the Chinese. So it will be a problem .

In regards to Land Grabs they are already setting things aside. The Indians are very smart , they know exactly what is happening so they are trying to play their cards right.

India can't catch up to China until they resolve the biggest issue they have, which is political. Sure, you can talk about caste and languages and whatever, but those are easily solvable problems when you have good politics. China has it, India doesn't.

Anticommunists will post any silly meme about Winnie The Pooh (not banned, btw), but at the end of the day no one can deny that whatever you think about the CPC they are nothing if not serious, highly educated people successfully carrying out long term economic plans that have skyrocketed China from being nearly the poorest country in the world in 1949 to today being by some measures almost a third of the global economy. And in India, instead of a sprawling political party that directs development so deftly, you have a Hindutva fascist obsessed with what amounts to 200 year old religious zoning disputes.

India and China started at very similar places in 1949. Poor, recently decolonized, fractured in their own ways. Jokes about onion farmers aside, I feel sad when I look at the shit Indians have to put up and compare them to their northern neighbor.

In occupied Zavitne Bazhannia, 21 RU newly mobilized conscripts are refusing to fight. The men’s relatives say they are being held in a basement, without food, and have been threatened with execution.

Well that is the problem with Democracy in India, give them some time, they will catch up. There need to be more world powers to balance out the current world situation. That is the best deterrence.

‘We were completely exposed’: Russian conscripts say hundreds killed in attack
Survivor tells of being abandoned to attack near Makiivka, as anger grows in Russia over death toll from war

Hours after Aleksei Agafonov arrived in the Luhansk region on 1 November as part of a battalion of new conscripts, his unit were handed shovels and ordered to dig trenches throughout the night.

Their digging, which they took turns to do because of the lack of available shovels, was abruptly interrupted in the early hours of the next day as Ukrainian artillery lit up the sky and shells started raining down on Agafonov and his unit.

“A Ukrainian drone first flew over us, and after that their artillery started to pound us for hours and hours, nonstop,” Agafonov, who survived the shelling, told the Guardian in a phone interview on Monday.

“I saw men being ripped apart in front of me, most of our unit is gone, destroyed. It was hell,” he said, adding that his unit’s commanders abandoned them just before the shelling started.

Agafonov was called up on 16 October alongside 570 other conscripts in Voronezh, a city in the south-west of Russia, as part of Vladimir Putin’s nationwide mobilisation push that has seen more than 300,000 men drafted to go and fight in a war that the Kremlin calls its “special military operation”.

After the attacks stopped, Agafonov, with roughly a dozen other soldiers, retreated from the forest outside the Luhansk town of Makiivka to the nearby Russian-controlled city of Svatove. In Svatove, Agafonov and his group moved into a deserted building, trying to contact other mobilised soldiers who had been with him that night.
