Since you guys are doing so well are you going to stop begging the rest of the world for handouts? Lol
Sweden into NATO: This goverment (dependent on a previous Nazi party) really wants to become members in NATO. On the same time they are putting every xenophobic regulation that isn't prohibited by law in place. As I wrote before: If I was a Kurd currently living in Sweden, I would leave. Maybe it is time to seek asylum in the US? It would be the other way around from the Vietnam War when Americans got asylum in Sweden (Some of the Kurds are Swedish citiziens).
"The Swedish government distances itself from the YPG and PYD. This is what Foreign Minister Tobias Billström says in Ekot's Saturday interview. Just days before Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) is to meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, information comes that the Swedish government no longer intends to support the Kurdish militia in Syria YPG and their political branch, the PYD party.
- There is too close a connection between these organizations and the PKK, which is a terror-listed organization by the EU, for it to be good for the relationship between us and Turkey, says Foreign Minister Tobias Billström (M) in Ekot's Saturday interview.
The YPG has long been allied with NATO and the United States in the fight against the terrorist organization IS in Syria, and Sweden has also supported both the YPG and the PYD until now. Turkey regards the two Kurdish organizations as terrorists.
- We think there is a doubt and problem regarding those who damage our relationship with Turkey, says Billström."
