They said: "A Kavkaz Center source, citing his relative, who works in the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, reports of mass releases from prisons of those convicted of paedophilia, rape, drug addiction in exchange for consent to participate in the war against Ukraine."

Russia has hit the new low on all levels, it has been caught red-handed releasing pedophiles to do its dirt in Ukraine in exchange for their freedom somewhere down the line. With the way things are going in Ukraine for Russian troops and mercs its pretty much a death sentence to be sent as part of the "convict squad", they are being used as the most worthless cannon fodder. Just to think that Russians are/will soon glorify+cherish the very same sick pedophiles that violated their children as their personal heroes.

However what makes this even more disgusting and disturbing is the fact they are actively releasing their sentenced pedophiles to go to Ukraine and knowingly leave them unsupervised with the civilians, that could explain some of the war crimes committed by Russian army involved in the torture/rape of children.

Russian troops have raped and tortured children in Ukraine, carried out a “large number” of executions and committed other war crimes, according to a United Nations investigation by legal experts.

Set up by the U.N. to probe the conduct of the war, the Independent International Commission of Inquiry reported its chilling findings Friday in Geneva, describing a long list of abuses and atrocities in four regions.

“Based on the evidence gathered by the commission, it has concluded that war crimes have been committed in Ukraine,” Erik Mose, the chairman of the three-member commission, told the U.N. Human Rights Council.

Mose, a Norwegian judge, said the commission has documented cases in which children have been "raped, tortured and unlawfully confined."

“There are examples of cases where relatives were forced to witness the crimes," he added. "In the cases we have investigated, the age of victims of sexual and gendered-based violence ranged from 4 to 82 years."

Children also have been killed and wounded in “indiscriminate attacks” by Russian forces using explosive weapons, he said.

Mose said that he and his colleagues “were struck by the large number of executions in the areas that we visited.”

The commission is investigating executions in 16 towns and settlements and has “credible allegations regarding many more cases of executions, which we are documenting further,” he said.

The execution cases often featured “the prior detention of the victims as well as visible signs of executions on bodies, such as hands tied behind backs, gunshot wounds to the head, and slit throats,” according to Mose.

For Ukrainians who were unlawfully detained, witnesses “provided us with consistent accounts of ill-treatment and torture,” he said.

The update from the commission follows other allegations of war crimes from international human rights groups, Western governments and Ukrainian authorities, including the recent discovery of a mass burial site in the eastern town of Izyum.

The commission also had found two cases of “ill-treatment against Russian Federation soldiers by Ukrainian forces,” he said. “While few in numbers, such cases continue to be the subject of our attention."

The commission focused on the regions of Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Sumy, visiting 27 towns and settlements and interviewing 150 victims and witnesses.

As it continues its investigation, it will examine the forced transfer of people and the alleged expedited adoption of children, Mose said.

The United States has accused Russia of interrogating, detaining and forcibly deporting hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians to Russia. An unknown number of children are believed to have been adopted by Russian families. The alleged deportations represent a war crime, violating the Geneva Conventions, U.S. officials say.

If I was a Ukrainian soldier i wouldn't leave a single Russian ex-convict that crossed my path alive knowing full well pedophiles are among these monsters.

During the last 24 hours we received 56 calls. “Triplets 9 years old, girls. Raped by russian – have severe genital injuries. All this in front of her mother, she is in shock. Izum. The mother turned, and her nine-month-old daughter was raped by candlelight. A one-year-old boy was raped by two russian and died. A two-year-old girl, raped by two, survived. Raped men aged 67 and 78″, – said Denisova. Horror and rage are overflowing! This is the genocide of the Ukrainian people with special cruelty! This is a violation not only of the norms of international humanitarian law, but also of its very essence, the morals of the civilized world! She asked the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of genocide of the Ukrainian people.

America has a 60% higher incarceration rate than Russia. NYC alone spent more on it's police force than Ukraine spent on it's entire military in 2019.

Its due to Russia not caring about its people ever, it packs its prisons 8-10 people into 3-4 people capacity room. Tuberculosis and other illnesses very common, but it doesn't matter what matters is that Russians are releasing these disgusting sickos who are pedophiles/rapists to go to Ukraine and rape children. Yes they usually die within weeks of getting to Ukraine but its weeks too late. Filthy disgusting classless country, children whose grandfathers cheated on their grandmothers in Poland/East Germany/Baltics by raping woman there against their will and selling it as glorious liberation to the soviet idiots back home.

Russian authorities may be setting conditions to imminently transfer the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) to the Russian power grid following the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) November 3 statements affirming that Ukrainian authorities are not misusing nuclear materials.

The IAEA also stated on November 3 that shelling damaged external powerlines to the ZNPP in Ukrainian-held territory at points 50-60km away from the plant, completely cutting power to the ZNPP just one day after Ukrainian authorities transferred two reactors to a hot shutdown mode to generate heat for Enerhodar.[15] This timing suggests that Russian authorities seek to force the transfer of the ZNPP to the Russian power grid by painting Russian control as the only viable option to provide electricity to the ZNPP and heat to Enerhodar and the surrounding area. The IAEA stated that backup generators are powering the ZNPP and have enough fuel for 15 days; Russian occupation authorities may transfer the ZNPP to the Russian power grid within this 15-day timeline.[16] Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev claimed on November 3 that Russian authorities prevented a Ukrainian “terrorist attack” at the ZNPP, further suggesting that Russian authorities intend to paint themselves as the only safe operator of the ZNPP contrary to the IAEA’s findings of no indications of undeclared Ukrainian nuclear activities.

Key Takeaways

It is still unclear whether Russian forces will defend Kherson City despite the ongoing withdrawal of some Russian elements from northwestern Kherson Oblast.
Russian forces prematurely deployed newly mobilized personnel to offensive operations in western Donetsk Oblast in the pursuit of minimal and operationally insignificant territorial gains.
Russian outlets continued to publish contradictory and confusing reports about the dismissal of Colonel General Alexander Lapin from the position of CMD commander or commander of the Russian “central” forces.
Russian authorities may be setting conditions to imminently transfer the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant to the Russian power grid.
Russian sources claimed that Ukrainian forces continued to conduct counteroffensive operations in the direction of Kreminna and Svatove.
Russian forces continued offensive operations around Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Donetsk City.
The Russian military continues to face pronounced issues in the supply of critical military equipment.
The Russian Ministry of Defense is likely continuing mobilization efforts covertly.
Russian occupation officials continued forced evacuations in Kherson Oblast.

The Russian Military is unlikely to improve the quality of the training of its personnel despite proposals to do so. Crimean State Duma Deputy Mikhail Sheremet proposed on November 3 to increase the terms of service in the army to two years, which would allow for more time to train personnel.[79] The Russian military is unlikely to increase the time of training even if it increases the terms of service. Hromov reported on November 2 that the Russian MoD sped up courses for current cadets and moved their graduation from June 2023 to December 2022.[80] The Russian military is likely going to apply similar time constraints to its training of new conscripts regardless of an extension of their terms of service. The Russian military currently prioritizes getting personnel to frontline positions in Ukraine quickly and appears to view the quality of their training as an afterthought.

Russia continues to face social backlash due to the conduct of partial mobilization. Russian sources reported that mobilized personnel continued protests in Ulyanovsk over the lack of promised payments and are currently conducting a strike as of November 2.

Wait, are you implying that there is also some sort of "consensual rape"? ;)
