Differentiated policing is a studied topic with discernible structural causes that can and should be changed. Rioting is significantly more difficult to control on a structural level, but I support strict riot control measures through police/national guards. I do not support pseudo-Gestappo squads infringing on peoples' constitutional rights, and if you're at all actually conservative you should not either.
Rioting is easy to control. You apply force in increasing increments until the rioting stops. For white people you simply tell them not to riot. For black people, you have to use water cannons and blunt force until they give up.
Not doing so is a disgrace to the government because enforcing contracts and property rights are the first job of the government.
