I don't support it, I'm mainly interested in Zakarpattia which (as for now) seems to be the most peaceful part in Ukraine. I see it as independent country which belongs neither to Russia, nor to Ukraine. I clearly can't speak for the people of Zakarpattia since I haven't been there for years, so it's just my opinion. You can parry it with independent Moscovia or whatever, would be the same.
My wife has family in Zakarpattia. Tons of young men being taken from there and being shipped east to fight, last time we talked to her she was saying there's a lot of caskets coming back... So far my wife's family has been spared because they are part of a church with a member who is a multi millionaire and is aiding in other ways (transport and humanitarian ways) to basically prevent forcing church members to go fight.
Also I don't think what you're talking about will happen. Yeah they have a mix of Hungarians within that region but they are generally very Ukrainian. From my wife's account they tend to be nationalistic, much more of what you'd see in Lviv versus other parts in the east. I could see in the future that region becoming a bit more autonomous but they wont secede. Same with Chernivtsi. Even though it has a lot of Romanian/Moldovan population, i don't see some strong push of secession. Hungary and Romania won't really push for any turmoil in those regions either IMO. What's the point?
As far as power outages, I mean it's pretty obvious it's impacting Ukraine. I seen a few videos of Kiev on Twitter with whole swaths of the city being dark. If Russia continues striking power sources it's going to make Ukraine very unlivable going into the winter. Zelensky already said that Ukrainians in Europe should not return home for now because of this. I think you may see even more people leave the country because of lack of power.
Kiev in recent days:
