Europe won't freeze, but the industry will suffer. Won't be as competitive, and market-share will be lost to US/China. Only place that could potentially become cold is would be ukraine, that is if russia keeps up strikes and shuts down the pipelines. But ukraine has excessive and redundant electricity infrastructure (thank the soviets, who built robust infrastructure in ukraine), so there will be warm hubs no matter what around the nuclear power plants. East ukraine could however become very cold.

Going to Iraq anyway soon, to enjoy Mos Eisley experience first hand
