In extreme conditions Ukraine can mobilize up to 4.5 million, however this is 21st century even though lots of tech is from 20th, but numbers don't play the key role here at all.
Majority of what Russia mobilizes are confused villagers that sober up get to the front and face the reality of situation which is very different to what their propaganda brainwashed them with. Many just play the role of sitting ducks as they are told, others imitate "fighting".
Morale is key, Intelligence 2nd, technology+communications 3rd, supply lines 4th. You can't do anything with a mob of people who don't want to be part of some military operation objectives of which are not even defined to begin with.
5,000 can easily route a mob of 20,000 in rapid pushes if they are superior in 3/4 of those categories.

The notion that Russia has morale issues and issues with fielding well trained men while Ukraine doesn't is nonsense really.

Realistically at this point, over 10 million people have left Ukraine. Now of course that's going to be slanted towards women, elderly and kids but still plenty of men have left as well. That's around ~1/4 of the country. You also have the fact that in that 41 million you have people that are being counted from Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and based on political affiliation and ethnic composition they would actually be fighting with the Russians.

In contrast, when mobilization was announced in Russia, I heard something like 700k Russian residents leaving out of fear of being drafted, this is out of 143+million people...

If Ukraine was to try to mobilize 4+ million that'd probably mean that you'd have huge swaths of society bein disrupted. At that point it's all hands on deck regardless of age, profession, willingness.. It would be sad to see tbh and we should all hope some agreement comes before that type of masses are being sent to war.

Plenty of Ukrainian men fled the country going rate was 5k euros to be allowed to cross the border. Also brush up on your English, I don't think you know what the word tirade means.

Tirade is a french word and it means the exact same thing.
