I will happily admit that Trump supporters, myself included, are blowing the degree of Biden's mental decline out of proportion while they downplay Trump's ... let's call it "issues". But this doesnt mean that Biden is in perfect mental health and there is nothing wrong with him.

If you watch that in it's entirety, I'm not sure why you would think that Biden has "cognitive decline." He has a clear grasp on issues but will also stutter and go off on tangents. I do think that his stuttering problem has gotten worse as he ages but that's like saying George Bush is an idiot because he can't speak well either. Compare that to the recent Chris Wallace interview and it's like night and day.

Granted, none of that may matter because people judge politicians based on 30 second clips.
