Comparing France or even the US to Iran is beyond a stretch.
Link us to an article when French army opened fire on its own citizens with automatic weapons, we'll wait.
Both are silly, overstretched examples. We have been hearing about iranian gov collapsing any day now since 1980. That was my point.

- 120,000 iranians executed by the regime. 1/3 women.
- More than 30,000 political prisoners, including minors, were executed in less than three months in the summer of 1988
- Mullahs have detained at least 500,000 political activists in the past 40 years
GL with your cops kills. Btw US has 3.7 times more people than Iran (if you want to make comparisons but you will not, you will fucking dodge.)
None of this means that the iranian government is about to collapse or be dethroned. It will only happen if you have millions of people on the streets, which hasn't even come close to happening. The examples i gave about france/us etc were silly purposefully, because they were irrelevant as is iran. Also your numbers are either pulled out of ass, or pushed by the same people who say 60% of the Russian entry army has been killed. The same people who told you about WMDS in iraq, the same people who bombed libya into a country with open-slave-markets, the same people who told you the baby-incubator stories, and the viagra stories of gaddafi. The same people who have carried out regime change all over the world for soon 50++ years, and have been crying about iran since 1980 etc etc

I agree, which is another point on my list of reasons why an invasion of Iran would be a much more difficult and risky undertaking than invading Iraq ever was.
Still, the US military was so far ahead in 2003 (and probably still is today) that they would have been able to pull it off. But unlike Iraq, which required something like 10% of their capabilities, an invasion of Iran would take something like 50-60% of the capabilities of the entire US military. (Bombing it into the ground from afar would of course be easier, but that's barbaric and not an actual, long-term solution.)
I agree with you. Also worth noting, iraq had no support from anyone, iran would be extremely supplied by russia/china. Actually taking iran would incredibly costly, and holding it, 100% impossible.
