Reporting the number of deaths isn't really fear mongering imo. Data is out there for everyone to see.

That being said it still needs to be taken seriously. The virus transmits really easily and people with pre existing conditions are kinda in danger. Chances are still low that someone dies but obviously it needs to be taken serious.
