I don't know how obvious that is. We have an interest in deterring this stuff, whether it be Iranians stealing all that information or Russian nationals meddling in our election. Bringing this behavior to light(through indictments) is a way to deter it.

I suppose it's possible that Mueller focused on getting those indictments out quick because of political pressure... but that's different from saying the indictments would've never been brought if there wasn't a political effort to undermine him.

well if our best insight into mueller's sincerity in bringing those indictments is their developments since, it doesn't paint a flattering picture. Their response to the russian lawyers who showed up trying to exploit discovery and demand a speedy trial was to flood the docket with 2 terabytes of untranslated cyrillic social media posts without isolating which are actually material, and managed to buy themselves a 90 day delay. Thats really the kind of gimmicky stalling tactic that would make a judge scowl. Now, that really doesn't help pick apart the difference between rushing a case out too early and not sincerely wanting it in the first place, but its a bad look for the high profile special counsel to be dumping 18,000 letters addressed to santa claus into a court room

what should I add to it? I just laid out what facts we know, and you speculated a bit from them. Its not unreasonable speculation- the never-trumpers are obviously tied up in the affair to some degree, John McCain tried to literally hand the steele dossier over to the FBI. I think it would be infantile if anyone pretended the FBI intrigue and spying scandals were strictly along party lines with democrats and republicans all in lockstep with their causes, but nobodies really saying that here. All the different actors have their own self-interest and willingness to abuse their powers, like McCabe did. I don't think theres evidence yet to substantiate that any grand conspiracy ever occurred, but there's plenty of evidence of wrongdoing by individual actors who may have worked at least loosely in concert. The big missing link is, like a mirror to Trump, 'collusion'- any link between the abuses going on at the FBI, and either Obama or Hillary/her campaign
