Do you live under a rock?

I only watch television during meals I'm eating alone at home, which is a set of circumstances that do not usually happen.

The television I do watch when I make a point to is WWE smackdown and raw.

Don't worry, I have full faith that the DNC will find a way to screw up this election cycle.

Why the fuck are you guys blaming the DNC when you should be blaming the voters? If the voters like someone, they will vote for them. Bloomberg, Jeb, Kamala, etc. can have all the fucking money they want but it doesn't matter because people don't WANT them.

Democratic voters suck, too. I have a feeling that Black voters will carry Biden through the DNC primary to a crushing defeat to Trump this November.

As far as the DNC, their advanced analytics are apparently far behind the GOP's, their debates suck, and the GOP is much better at fundraising. Obama covered up a lot of the DNC's flaws in 2008 and 2012, but they aren't running a modern or smart operation.

Indeed. He's clearly still the candidate who energizes the Democratic base the most. Not sure though if he could win a general against Trump if there's niether a war nor an economic crash by November.

And I'm genuinely worried about his health and age. Someone being in his/her early 70s is already pushing things. But almost 80, with a recent heart attack? That's something else. And the job is a quagmire. Just look at how much Obama and Trump visibly aged during their terms...

Well, black voters are the smartest and most pragmatic voters. They don't take their rights for granted like dumb ass college kids. Any candidate who relies on "exciting young people" is a fucking idiot because they are incredibly unreliable voters. Ultimately, Biden does better than everyone else in the field vs. Trump at the moment. If you read Nate Cohn's analysis on the Upshot, you'd see that Trump is quite formidable and the path to victory for the Dems is through the Rust belt still. We're AT LEAST 4 years out before the Sun Belt becomes a viable option.

The GOP is better at fundraising because they have their candidate already AND they are much more willing to take dark money. At the end of the day though, $$ doesn't matter a whole lot and it's going to be a GOTV effort.

I really don't think energy will be a problem in 2020. If voting Trump out of office doesn't energize you, you're probably not even registered to vote. I'm not particularly concerned though. We get the government we deserve.
