I think you missed the point. I am not saying russia is not hitting civilian infrastructure, i am saying they are not targeting playgrounds. also i dont support racism and it has no place in society, and it should not be ignored here either. This narrative of Orc's and bloodthirsty is just wrong.

Every war has collateral damage, even when the most modern equipment is used, it's a persisting and well known problem.

When older / less accurate munitions are used, it's a bigger problem. Those shitty GRAD missiles or whatever they are that you're showing could land anywhere. Also, it's a bad idea for your military to use civilian infrastructure, it causes lots of civilian casualties --> Well documented by Amnesty International.
