So lets consider the following options.

1. Russia fired an expensive cruise missile at a playground
2. Russia fired a cruise missile and it malfunctioned and ended up there instead of it's target
3. Russia fired a cruise missile, Ukrainian missile intercepted it and either a) hit the cruise missile causing the intercepting rocket to land there or b ) missed the cruise missile and landed there itself

These are the realistic possible scenarios. I'm going to ask you to once again think logically which of these is least plausible?
